Jon Bard

As a third generation fish smoker, and, possibly the only person to have designed, built and operated a smoked fish factory in Europe (UK), North America (USA) and Asia (China), Jon has accumulated a vast knowledge over the past 50 years, encompassing product development, marketing, utilization of space, productivity, mechanization, staff training, etc.

Whether evaluating a current facility or designing a turnkey operation, there is no substitute for hands on expertise and Jon has a plethora of it.
